As wedding photographers, we are asked daily about choosing different vendors and picking a florist is one of them. After photographing hundreds of weddings and going through planning one for our daughter, we have LOTS of advice on this topic. I do have to add that the florist, Fresh Blooms of Houston, we chose for our daughter’s wedding was AMAZING! Christine is so talented and such a sweetheart to work with. She even told me that something we were thinking about doing was a “Waste of money”. How many people would do that? She would! That is how wonderful she is! Ok off on my soap box…back to business.
Choosing a florist for your wedding is one of the most important and fun things you will face. Flowers help make your photos become more vibrant and reflect the personality of you and your magical day. Color is very important especially when deciding on your bridal bouquet. You want your bouquet to stand out against your beautiful wedding dress and a great florist can help you do that. Your bouquet will complete your look.
