Las Velas Houston Tx Wedding Caffreys Photography

We had a great time working with Jennifer and Sterling during their wedding at St Thomas Episcopal Church and their stunning reception at Las Velas Houston. They asked us to set up a photo that allowed them to visit with each other briefly before the wedding and wanted that to be done on a staircase at the church. We felt it would work perfect as a Romeo & Juliette styled image and still allowed them to stay hidden from each other. It was a blast to create and something that was very different which we always love. St Thomas is a breathtaking church that photographed beautifully. Another unique thing that they had was the bag piper. He lead them in and out of the church and we had a blast incorporating him into some of the images. After the service they hosted their wedding reception at Las Velas in Houston which is one of our favorite wedding venues. We love the unique old world feel that this venue creates and allows us to capture some amazing images. The wedding first dance photos are always a favorite and theirs did not disappoint. Las Velas has a very unique facade and created the prefect backdrop for some photos with the Hummer Limo. Hope you like this little preview and check back from more from this incredible couple.
